Skills/Qualifications The ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges, stand for long periods of time, work around possible allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds.  Positivity, eagerness to learn, a friendly disposition and the ability to contribute in a team environment are critical.  Basic math (for counting) and reading skill. REQUIREMENTS: *Must be able to pass a criminal background check. *Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus). *Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone). *Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both). *Must a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours. Requirements Previous experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
