If visually accepted by Welding Supervisor/QA Inspector will allow you to proceed with fill and cap the remaining coupon with .045" E71T1 (UPHILL) on vertical test. 7. There is a 1-hour time limit on completing test 8. If the final acceptance by Plant Manager passes visual exam by code, then put initials & position on plate away from the weld. 9.
