The Position Job Title Mortgage Post-Closing Final Document Reconciliation Specialist I Job Description SUMMARY This position is responsible for receiving and sorting incoming mail, receiving, imaging, indexing final documents, filing documents, reviewing, and preparation of Assignments of Mortgages, document comparison and clearing any deficiencies with the final title policy and recorded mortgages/deed of trust. Tracking Trailing documents for Storage facilities via Excel and preparing shipments to document custodians. Maintaining Post-Closing email inbox, printing and indexing TPOL. Will be required to work closely with the bank's investors, to in-sure timely delivery of all Post-Closing trailing documents and correcting any post-close/post-fund investor document exceptions. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Receive, sort and process incoming mail on a daily basis. Maintain Post-Closing Trailing Document email inbox. Imagining/indexing recorded Security Instruments/Riders and Title Policies. Daily reconciliation of title polices and recorded SECI for required investors (FNMA, FHMLC, GNMA, First United Bank, Broker and Correspondent Lenders). Filing and tracking Documents. Prepare and ship final TPOL's and REC SECI's to Investors or FUB Document Custodian. Audit loan documents for all appropriate signatures, Initials, Notarization, signature name lines, loan amounts, legal descriptions, parcel numbers, no outstanding liens or judgments to ensure documents are compliant as per FUB guidelines to confirm that they are within State, Lender and Investor requirements/guidelines. Researching and correcting all suspense issues to determine validity of the issue and to determine the correct course for resolution and clear all deficiencies. This includes addressing and/or clearing all issues in a timely manner in accordance with the time frames dictated by the specific investors to minimize additional cost to cure. Following-up on obtaining any required corrections or documentation. Maintaining Excell document tracking reporting data. Responsible for working with County Agencies and Title Companies for correcting all necessary documents, re-recordings and requesting expense checks. Understanding and complying with policies, laws and regulations accordingly. Staying up to date on individual investor delivery requirements and time frame for delivery of trailing documents. Tracking final documents and generating reports to verify that missing documents and corrections occur in a timely manner according to Bank, Investor and regulatory requirements. Completing all required steps in clearing documents received and milestones in Mortgage Program. Additional related duties may be assigned as required. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oil Change Team Member

Are you a people person? Self-Motivated? Do you love working with cars?

If so, here is good news for you! Take 5 Oil Change is offering an opportunity to showcase your skills and join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs!

No experience required!

We will train you how to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. All you need to do is be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop!

Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions!

Some of our most successful lube technicians are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers!

As a Take 5 crew member, your job will be to:

  • Drain motor oil, change oil filter
  • Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
  • Inspect and top off fluids
  • Perform coolant exchanges
  • Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
  • Maintain cleanliness of work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service

All our crew members need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
  • Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
  • Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
