Traveling Assistant SuperintendentAs a Traveling Assistant Superintendent, you will report directly to the Superintendent and support daily field operations across active project sites.Assist in managing day-to-day site activities and subcontractor coordination

Experience in a Field Engineer or similar role, or current Assistant Superintendent experience4-year degree preferred; equivalent experience (10+ years) considered

Familiarity with Procore is a strong advantage

Desire to grow into a Superintendent-level role

Willingness to travel nationally full-timeStrong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

What's on offer:Base salary: $90,000 - $110,000Performance-based bonus structure
