The ideal candidate will be a CPA or CPA candidate with 4+ years of public accounting experience in commercial tax. The Candidate should be a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity. As this role is provisions-focused, the candidate should have a strong work ethic and be a self-starter. Plans and arranges for rehabilitation services; approves expenditures within specified limits for planned rehabilitation services. Confers with public and private employers to establish job opportunities for rehabilitation clients; aids clients in securing employment consistent with their capabilities; monitors client progress. Provides program monitoring and consultation; keeps appropriate case records and controls case service expenditures. Assists employers and businesses with guidelines for accommodating people with disabilities according to the Americans with Disabilities Act and other laws, regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to persons with disabilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and implements proactive recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, direct outreach, and other recruitment channels to engage passive and active talent Partners with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs, align sourcing strategies, and fill roles efficiently Builds and maintains a candidate pipeline by creating and managing a comprehensive spreadsheet to track all passive and active candidates, ensuring up-to-date and organized candidate information for effective talent acquisition Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees Analyzes recruitment data and sourcing metrics, including cost-to-hire, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and hiring outcomes. Coordinates and implements college recruiting initiatives Represents the agency at virtual and in-person job fairs, campus events, and community hiring initiatives. Screens and assess applicants through resume's, applications and interviews to determine qualifications, experience, and alignment with position requirements and organizational needs Assists in researching and recommending new sources for recruiting both active and passive candidates Conducts centralized or agency recruiting activities Manages administrative duties and recordkeeping Prepares job vacancy announcements Interprets and applies laws, rules, and regulations related to human resources management, personnel administration, or staff development pertaining to the recruitment and selection process. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of: A bachelor's degree in any field; PLUS three years of experience in human resource management, recruitment, personnel administration, or a closely related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preference may be given to candidates with a SHRM, HRCI/PHR, or IPMA-HR professional certification. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time. Exhibit manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate a computer, keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Ability to see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids. Ability to hear and understand speech at normal levels, with or without aids. Ability to communicate clearly. Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds, to bend, stoop, climb stairs, walk and reach. Duties are normally performed in an office environment with a moderate noise level. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS This position may require occasional travel. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to perform all job-related travel. Possession and maintenance of a valid Oklahoma State Driver's License is also required. Core work hours for the Oklahoma Tax Commission are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. This schedule may require flexibility, including some weekends, based on the needs of the agency. POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a strong working knowledge of the core ACT principles and ensure clinical practices reflect a high standard of model fidelity. Attend and participate in daily organizational meetings and weekly treatment team meetings with multi-disciplinary team, utilizing a team approach in working with ACT clients. Provide routine medication delivery and support to clients in the community. Promote healthy lifestyles, including general wellness education and information specific to chronic medical conditions. Have good working knowledge of community resources for basic needs such as food, shelter, and clothing. Refer and link ACT clients as needed. Position Profile

Weaver is looking for talented Tax professionals at the Supervisor level to join our growing firm! The ideal candidate will be a CPA or CPA candidate with 4+ years of public accounting experience in commercial tax.

The Candidate should be a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity. As this role is provisions-focused, the candidate should have a strong work ethic and be a self-starter.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA candidate
  • 4+ years in public accounting
  • Knowledge of corporate tax
  • Experience preparing federal tax returns

Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Master's degree in Accounting
  • CPA license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
