Primary Responsibilities Leadership & Management (LMA): Lead, manage, and hold accountable all field and lab personnel.   Project Management: Oversee estimating, proposals, scheduling, quality control, reporting, and client satisfaction.   P&L Ownership: Manage budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.   Safety Leadership: Promote and enforce a culture of safety across field and lab operations.   Laboratory Management: Oversee daily operations of the materials testing lab to maintain compliance and accuracy.   Training & Certifications: Develop and support Field/Lab staff through training, certifications, and career advancement.   Performance Metrics: Monitor and improve gross margins (GM%) across Field and Lab operations.   Required Qualifications Proven leadership and project management experience in construction or a related industry.   Strong organizational, scheduling, and client-relations skills.   High School Diploma plus a minimum of 5 years of construction leadership experience.   Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR .   Legal authorization to work in the United States.   Preferred Qualifications Five (5) years of experience managing a combination of the following services:   Sampling and testing of concrete/mortar/grout in field and laboratory settings   Reinforcing steel inspections (footings, drilled shafts, slabs, decks, walls, columns, etc.)   Soils sampling, field density testing, and laboratory testing   Proof-rolling observations   Foundation bearing grade observations   Drilled shaft inspections   Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Geology, or related field.   Professional Engineer (P.E.), Engineer Intern (E.I.), or NICET, ACI, ICC, or ODOT certifications.   However, we will train the right applicant with proven leadership and construction project management experience.   Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: Competitive Salary based on experience.   Benefits Package Includes:   Health, dental, and vision insurance   Retirement savings plan   Paid time off   Cell phone allowance   Year-end performance bonuses   Why Join AIMRIGHT? Job Description

MAINTENANCE TECH  $20+ Depending on experience- 5+ years in Industrial Maintenance. Must be proficient on CNC Plasma machines and CNC Brakes along with, changing filters, fixing hoses on machines, cleaning machines, changing light bulbs, working knowledge of reading measurements digital and manual working knowledge common hand tools and manufacturing equipment such as drills, pliers, tape measure, voltage meters, presses, sanders, grinders etc. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Ability to disassemble machines, equipment and devices to remove repair and or replace defective components or parts. Problem solving ability to read blueprints, cutting, welding skills required. Basic electrical repair skills, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
