Position Overview:

This role is integral to the firm’s financial operations, supporting accurate billing processes while ensuring compliance with complex client requirements and maintaining strong internal and external communication.

● Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and issue client invoices through Elite 3E

• Collaborate with attorneys to revise and finalize pre-bills

• Oversee high-volume e-billing submissions across multiple platforms, including resolving rejected invoices

• Ensure adherence to client-specific billing guidelines and requirements

• Partner with attorneys and clients to address billing questions and discrepancies

• Support reporting, analytics, and collections-related follow-up

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of legal billing experience within a law firm setting

• Proven expertise working with Elite 3E

• Strong background in e-billing systems and workflows
