Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor patient responses and progress during therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all treatments.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and adjust patient care plans.

• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.

• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy techniques and equipment use.

• Ensure all respiratory therapy equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

• Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in the workplace.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Analyze therapy outcomes to improve treatment plans and patient care.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry advancements.

• Provide feedback on therapy protocols to improve service delivery.

Experience/Qualifications
