Carpenter Finish / Cabinet Maker

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry and cabinet-making duties including cutting, assembling, and installing woodwork, cabinets, and millwork.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to complete projects to specification.

• Install trim, doors, moldings, and custom cabinetry with precision and consistency.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.

• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project goals and timelines.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies at all times.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of carpentry experience required (cabinet-making experience strongly preferred).

• Strong understanding of finish carpentry, woodworking techniques, and millwork.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

Schedule & Pay

• Work Days: Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturdays as needed).

• Hours: Vary by project (typically between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM).

• Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour, based on experience and skill level.

• Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Additional Details

• Work Attire: Pants, shirt, and work shoes (steel toe boots preferred).

• Safety Equipment Provided: Safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection.

• Parking: Street parking available near job sites.
