Job SummaryWe are hiring a full-time LCSW to provide accessible care through telehealth. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, and guide them through treatment plans designed to support real-life progress. This role offers a structured weekday schedule and a clear focus on clinical care.
Responsibilities
Deliver scheduled virtual therapy sessions
Perform assessments and gather clinical information
Create individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing therapy and support
Document sessions and maintain records
Help clients develop practical coping tools
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other providers
Ensure compliance with all clinical standards
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Active LCSW license in Hawaii
Experience in clinical or behavioral health settings
Strong understanding of therapy and treatment planning
Ability to manage workload independently
Familiarity with telehealth systems and documentation tools
