Direct and oversee Crew. Task Card time management. Decides upon necessary repair scheme, quantity and type of parts needed to accomplish proper repair; secures necessary parts from Stores or departmental supplies. Repairs, reworks, and modifies worn or defective assemblies, making alterations or changes to units when necessary. Follows approved maintenance procedures for subject component or system, consulting internal procedures that have been FAA approved, original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) technical data, and work package instructions. Inspects completed work before sign off to identify any needed rework; performs rework; ensures that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances. Consults with the Project Manager if technical assistance is needed during the repair process. Performs serviceability tests on repaired components/systems using test equipment specified by the original equipment manufacturer. Completes work package documentation by signing/stamping off after finishing all designated operations. May submit completed/in progress work to Project Manager for review; submits to Quality Control for final/in progress inspection and re-certification of airworthiness. Provides Project Manager with performance statistics and other operational data, as requested. Comply with repair station procedures (RSM /QCM) and company policies (SOP) when performing aircraft or component maintenance. Kent Scientific is looking for a Technical Product & Sourcing Specialist to support our growing portfolio of research tools and drive strategic product expansion. In this highly collaborative role, you'll bridge technical support, product development, and sourcing strategy. Reporting to the Technical Resources & Product Lead, this person will support cross-functional initiatives to identify and acquire new complementary products, engage suppliers, and assist customers with expert technical guidance. You'll act as a connector between customer needs, supplier capabilities, and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring a blend of scientific curiosity, hands-on experience in laboratory settings (especially in vivo), strong project management skills, and a knack for spotting opportunities in a competitive market. The Technical Product and Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the following: Driving Product Expansion & Sourcing Strategy Researching and identifying new product opportunities, including accessories, consumables, and complementary product lines that align with Kent's vision and customer needs. Evaluating competitor offerings and market trends to inform roadmap recommendations and product positioning. Leading outreach to potential vendors, establishing supplier relationships, and supporting vendor negotiations on pricing, quality, and timelines. Collaborating with production, marketing, and sales to ensure new products are efficiently sourced, vetted, and ready for launch. Developing initial cost and margin analyses to support go/no-go sourcing decisions. Working with marketing and product teams to prepare new products for market (from packaging and labeling through to positioning). Providing Technical Support & Education Serving as a high-level subject matter expert on our veterinary anesthesia and physiological monitoring equipment. Delivering in-depth technical support to customers and internal teams, jumping in on complex tickets or escalations as needed. Contributing to the creation of scientific and technical materials - including white papers, application notes, training decks, and help center documentation. Participating in webinars, trade shows, and educational presentations (online and onsite) to showcase product capabilities and support customer learning. Supporting Cross-Functional Operations Partnering with tech resources, marketing, sales, and production to identify operational bottlenecks and support interdepartmental communication. Taking initiative on identifying and solving roadblocks related to vendor management, product setup, or internal handoffs. Assisting with light project management and documentation tasks to keep product and vendor pipelines moving smoothly. We are excited about you because you have… A bachelor's degree in biology, physiology, animal science, or a related scientific field; LVT or LAT certification is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in product, sourcing, or vendor management, ideally within a biomedical or life sciences company. Hands-on experience in lab or research settings - particularly with in vivo animal models - and a demonstrated ability to design and conduct scientific experiments. A track record of creating high-quality scientific documentation, such as white papers, application notes, or study reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with a strategic mindset for identifying market opportunities and translating them into product plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including scientists, customers, and internal teams. Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to launch new products or support customer-facing initiatives, with a collaborative, team-oriented working style. Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and curiosity - someone who enjoys digging into the weeds and keeping projects on track. A solutions-oriented approach to navigating ambiguity, logistical challenges, and competing priorities. Job Description

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Clerk provides superior service to all visitors by checking them in and out of the resort, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Reports to: Community Manager

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must have working knowledge of the facilities, layout, programs, product line, and the Reservations system
  • Process guest check-ins & check-outs
  • Assist guests with resort services
  • Check to ensure visitors have departed the resort
  • In advance of guests' arrival, create check-in packets for guests
  • Run reports from the reservation system on a daily basis
  • Keep the Front Office Manager apprised of any issues or incidents that occur and may need to be acted upon
  • Mail confirmations & other mailings as needed
  • Know and provide accurate information on community policies
  • Must have a "Guest First" attitude
  • Communicate with other departments to support customer satisfaction
  • Assist with Guest appreciation events (1 to 2 per month)
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must possess superior customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and guests
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
