Registered Mental Health Counselor (Supervision provided) Master's Degree in human services, licensed Mental Health counselor, marital and family therapist or independent level social worker in the State of TN (Memphis) preferred. Valid license as temporary mental health counselor, temporary marital family therapist, or Master's level social worker accepted with proof of supervision contact with an approved supervisor license at an independent level. Must be in good standing with applicable licensure board. At least two years of experience providing services to persons with behavioral health disorders Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus. Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. LPN/Charge Nurse Requirements:

  • Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments
  • Collect, store, and ensure the transport of certain specimens for laboratory studies
  • Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms
  • Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts
  • Assist in the development and revision of service plans. Inform Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
  • Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director
