Manager you will be responsible for contributing to the Continuous Improvement Model by supporting our operation. The I.T. Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager. POSITION RESPONSIBILITES: Accomplishes information technology protocols by planning, monitoring, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Keeping an updated record of the IT systems in place and maintaining work instructions. Keeping our Data Center operational and up to our standards. Maintaining current technical systems and services. Verifies results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. In-depth understanding of our software and systems and able to maintain the continuous setup and configuration - must be the Subject Matter Expert. Preserves assets by implementing and testing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. Identify problems and takes action for timely resolution, participate in new software releases including requirements, UAT, and implementation and support. Maintains service contracts on required hardware and takes a proactive approach in ensuring its operation. Responsibility includes having your smart phone on you, on call 24/7, monitoring of critical components and taking action. Occasional travel to other CLI locations for training and support. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business preferred. A minimum of five (5) + years' of automotive, manufacturing and/or third party logistics experience. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Software electronic work instruction systems. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience required. Experience with SQL databases running queries. Automotive Tier I to include Parts Sequencing experience is highly preferred. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of computer hardware and software applications. Management experience required. Strong customer service and relations skills required. Problem-solving and critical skills thinking and the ability to make decisions based on these skills and company standards. As the I.T. Manager you will be responsible for contributing to the Continuous Improvement Model by supporting our operation. Your responsibility will be supporting the operation of all I.T. equipment including servers, routers, communications, laser thermal printers, android mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc. Installing and maintaining hardware software systems including our proprietary operational software that is mission critical while providing support to company employees.

The I.T. Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Accomplishes information technology protocols by planning, monitoring, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Keeping an updated record of the IT systems in place and maintaining work instructions.
  • Keeping our Data Center operational and up to our standards.

Maintaining current technical systems and services.

  • Verifies results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
  • In-depth understanding of our software and systems and able to maintain the continuous setup and configuration - must be the Subject Matter Expert.
  • Preserves assets by implementing and testing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
  • Identify problems and takes action for timely resolution, participate in new software releases including requirements, UAT, and implementation and support.
  • Maintains service contracts on required hardware and takes a proactive approach in ensuring its operation.
  • Responsibility includes having your smart phone on you, on call 24/7, monitoring of critical components and taking action.
  • Occasional travel to other CLI locations for training and support.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) + years' of automotive, manufacturing and/or third party logistics experience.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Software electronic work instruction systems.
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience required.
  • Experience with SQL databases running queries.
  • Automotive Tier I to include Parts Sequencing experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
  • Management experience required.
  • Strong customer service and relations skills required.
  • Problem-solving and critical skills thinking and the ability to make decisions based on these skills and company standards.
