Maintains stocked, neat, and clean exam rooms and common work areas on a daily basis. Adheres to established company policies and procedures (including the corporate compliance program), and follows state and federal regulations, such as OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Adheres to site-specific protocols and expectations. Performs duties in a professional manner while exhibiting a courteous and cooperative manner to co-workers, management, and public. Maintains strictest confidentiality, both internally (with Summit employees) and externally (with non-Summit persons). Actively participates in site-level Quality Improvement Activities. Each employee will contribute to the continual evaluation site performance as well as the implementation and measurement of improvement activities that increase the quality of care provided to patients.
