This role is responsible for managing several million dollars in production assets across more than 1,000 unique media-related machines, ranging from high-value, single-purpose equipment exceeding $100,000 to smaller modular units in the hundreds of dollars. This is not a traditional facilities or break-fix maintenance role. The primary focus is ensuring our digitization assets are clean, calibrated, repairable, swappable, and operational every day. The role blends asset lifecycle ownership, SOP creation, team leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and continuous improvement, with meaningful partnership across Production, R&D, and Finance. Facilities maintenance represents less than 10% of the role. Key Responsibilities Asset Management & Lifecycle Ownership Own the full lifecycle of Legacybox digitization assets, from acquisition through maintenance, repair, and replacement.
