Job Title:  Technical Lead  Location: Oak Ridge, TN  Employment Type: Full-Time    Job Summary:  This role leads the technical execution of all infrastructure operations. Serves as a hands-on expert responsible for day-to-day system and network work, team supervision, architecture, monitoring, security, and remediation.  Key Responsibilities:   Maintain and operate applications, systems, and network infrastructure.  Implement approved changes and report progress/status to the Product Owner.  Provide patch management and updates to remove infrastructure and endpoint vulnerabilities.  Provide Network Administration support including LAN, WAN, and WLAN.  Provide System Administration for both systems and applications.  Perform Operations and Maintenance (O&M) on Data Center Operations.  Provide technical expertise to operate, backup, monitor, and maintain on-prem and cloud-based data centers (including physical/virtual platforms, storage, database servers, print servers, etc.).  Monitor infrastructure availability and performance using tools like SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM).  Lead the execution and coordination of Non-Core Hours Operations Support, especially during critical cybersecurity incidents and outages.  Develop and review technical documentation supporting procedures, change implementations, and system configurations.  Responsible for day-to-day technical operations of the team; provide tactical guidance and supervision.  Support daily scrum and technical planning discussions.  Act as technical working lead for the team of Network and System Administrators.  Provide technical mentorship, peer review, and quality control on infrastructure activities.  Technology-Specific Responsibilities:  Server Management: Oversee Cisco UCS and HPE ProLiant servers; manage resource allocations for internal/external users.  Windows Server Administration: Manage Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory (AD DS), and Group Policy.  Virtualization Infrastructure: Architect and manage VMware vSphere and ESXi environments.  Azure Tenant Management: Administer Azure virtual machines, storage, networking, access controls, and optimization.  Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design backup strategies and manage Cohesity backup appliances.  Network Monitoring & Secret Management: Leverage SolarWinds NPM and related tools for infrastructure health.  Education & Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.  Minimum 7 years of experience with IT infrastructure.  Experience leading teams to drive execution.  Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.  Working Conditions: This position is primarily performed in an office environment or a home office setting. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS: Must comply with company, state and governmental health and safety regulations as well as SQF initiatives at all times. Must complete and document Workplace Inspections in a timely manner. Must participate in the work order initiation process when required. Must ensure all inventory parts are correctly charged from stores as per LNA procedures. Must be well versed in the installation and maintenance of all types of bearings. Must possess a good knowledge of: oil and grease seals and their applications. lubricants and their uses. Must be able to perform: shaft alignments using precision alignment tools chain and sprocket installation and alignments belt and sheave installation and alignment wiring of low voltage motors up to 600VAC minor runs/ repairs to conduit replacement of receptacles/ switches minor maintenance on loaders, haul trucks, drills, forklifts, maintenance, and plant vehicles preventive maintenance checks and report findings (both verbally and in writing) post-job inspections to ensure a high level of housekeeping standards Must be able to install and align all types of new equipment. Must be able to disassemble and rebuild all types of crushing, screening, and conveying equipment. Operate extended forklift, forklift, man lift, or maintenance machinery to perform plant and quarry maintenance. Must have a high level of rigging skills. Must have experience and expertise in the installation of pneumatic and hydraulic piping systems including the use of proper fittings and connectors. Must be able to troubleshoot, service and repair: all plant environmental equipment and demonstrate knowledge of baghouse operation hydraulic/pneumatics systems all types of repairs to air compressors presently in service Ensure maintenance tools are kept in good condition, repaired or replaced when necessary. Must possess and maintain a complete set of personal hand tools as per the LNA list. Must be able to operate plant mobile equipment. Must be proficient in the use of precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, etc.). Must be qualified to weld in all four positions (certification). Must be proficient in all kinds of acetylene cutting and welding. Should be able to perform thickness testing. Understanding of thermography and how it is used at the site. Should have a complete understanding of non-destructive testing. Should possess knowledge of the CMMS System and be willing to correctly complete work orders and checklists including signing and dating. Perform maintenance on crushers, conveyor belts, vibrating feeders, screens, elevators, refractory repairs, kilns, fans, dust collectors, coal mills, screws, pumps, pulverizers, and other plant and quarry equipment. Must display competency in performing basic electrical work safely. Must possess and understand the use of DOM's, Meggers, Amp Meters. MCC Starter trouble shooting to included testing of control transformers, fuse testing/replacement, overload heater testing/replacement. Semi-annually the employee will be required to display safe practices and procedures under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor and Electrician or Electrical Supervisor. The company will allocate time for the individual to further their advancement. Perform other duties as assigned. Safe Quality Food (SQF) Ensure a SQF workplace and in regulatory compliance with Federal FDA – Food Modernization Safety Act (CFR Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, , Part 507) Support Environmental Health and Safety, as well as SQF initiatives and awareness programs. Knowledgeable of current environmental regulations and practices as they relate to the lime industry. Inspects completed work before signing off to identify any needed rework; performs rework; ensures that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances. Performs serviceability tests on repaired components/systems using test equipment specified by the original equipment manufacturer. Completes work package documentation by signing/stamping after finishing all designated operations. Submits completed/in-progress work to Maintenance Lead for review; submits to Quality Assurance for final/in-progress inspection and re-certification of airworthiness. Provides supervisor with performance statistics and other operational data, as requested. Properly accounts for time and materials used in all inspection and maintenance activities. Comply with repair station procedures (RSM /QCM) and company policies (SOP) when performing aircraft or component maintenance. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Education:    High School/ GED A or P License preferred Experience: Journeyman Technician Role requiring Intermediate Skills to perform most of the standard tasks within the technical area assigned to.    Minimum of 5 years' experience in at least one aircraft type.
