Overview

Vintage Century Farms is looking for a Groundskeeper who thrives off using their attention to detail by maintaining the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal to attract new residents.

  • Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets as requested
  • Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
  • Valid Driver’s license is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
