CORVIDA is reimagining how affluent families manage their finances. We're building the modern alternative to a family office by delivering sophisticated financial management to HNW families through a combination of white-glove service and AI-driven efficiency. Backed by Fieldcrest Ventures, we are preparing to launch with 100 founding families in January 2026. This is your chance to join our founding team and help define an entirely new category of financial service. As a CPA at CORVIDA, you'll be the technical architect of financial success for high net worth families ($10M-$50M+ each). This isn't a traditional tax preparer role – it's an opportunity to deliver family office-quality service at revolutionary speed and scale through AI augmentation. You'll manage comprehensive tax and accounting services, partner with a dedicated Customer Success Manager, prepare and optimize complex returns across multiple states and entities, and provide real-time tax planning and proactive optimization strategies. You'll also help develop our AI accounting systems by documenting your expertise and workflows. You'll transform how families experience financial services, delivering in hours what traditionally takes weeks. Your expertise will help us build AI systems that empower CPAs to focus on clients rather than administrative tasks, all while managing more complex clients with better work-life balance than traditional firms allow. Requirements Active CPA license (required) 5+ years specializing in tax services for high net worth individuals Expertise in multi-state returns and complex entity structures (LLCs, S-corps, partnerships, trusts) Proficiency with professional tax software We're looking for a talented CPA who's frustrated by the inefficiencies of traditional tax firms and wants to serve sophisticated clients without partner-track politics. You believe technology can enhance rather than replace human expertise. You value impact and innovation over billable hours. You're excited about AI as a force multiplier, not a threat. You're a process-oriented thinker who can articulate workflows clearly and comfortable moving at startup speed while maintaining accuracy. This role isn't for someone who fears technology, needs extensive supervision, prefers "the way things have always been done," or measures success by hours worked rather than outcomes delivered. Benefits $150,000 annual salary (plus up to $75,000 in annual performance bonus) Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage Flexible PTO with better work-life balance than traditional firms Full support for CPA licensing and continuing education Opportunity to shape the future of financial services as part of our founding team CORVIDA isn't just hiring employees – we're assembling builders who will own and shape the future of financial services. If you're ready to deliver exceptional service at unprecedented scale and help define a new category of financial management, we'd love to talk.

Job Description

Requirements

  • Active CPA license (required)
  • 5+ years specializing in tax services for high net worth individuals
  • Expertise in multi-state returns and complex entity structures (LLCs, S-corps, partnerships, trusts)
  • Proficiency with professional tax software

We're looking for a talented CPA who's frustrated by the inefficiencies of traditional tax firms and wants to serve sophisticated clients without partner-track politics.

Benefits

  • $150,000 annual salary (plus up to $75,000 in annual performance bonus)
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage
  • Flexible PTO with better work-life balance than traditional firms
  • Full support for CPA licensing and continuing education
  • Opportunity to shape the future of financial services as part of our founding team

CORVIDA isn't just hiring employees – we're assembling builders who will own and shape the future of financial services. If you're ready to deliver exceptional service at unprecedented scale and help define a new category of financial management, we'd love to talk.

Automate your job search with Sonara.
