The Role at a Glance The Senior Manager, Site Operations leads the largest distribution center (DC) in the Brother distribution network. Key Duties & Responsibilities Site Management: Manage all distribution functions and allocate internal and external resources to meet service level agreements and customer service objectives through 3PL Management Coordinate the inbound and outbound processes and performance of the DC Drive continuous improvement and align with overall corporate performance requirements by playing a key operational role in promoting actions and making investments that lead to outstanding outcomes Inventory Operations: Ensure accuracy of the warehouse management system (WMS) to the SAP ERP system. Monitor and report any unexpected analysis results. Investigate root cause for discrepancies and collaborate with cross-functional team members for resolution.
