As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll help ensure our Pepsi beverage products look great and are fully stocked at local retail stores. You will build displays, rotate inventory, and maintain strong relationships with store managers. Key Responsibilities

• Stock, merchandise, and rotate Pepsi products on shelves, racks, coolers, and displays
• Build and maintain product displays and follow store planograms
• Organize and maintain back stock areas
• Place display and shelf signage as required
• Identify and communicate sales opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail partners
• Work independently on an established route
• Availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Physical Requirements

• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs
• Ability to work in tight or confined spaces

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or beverage stocking is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
