Schedule: This is an in-person position, 4 days per week
Wage Range: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 annual salary, Exempt

Position Overview:
The Clinical Dentist has the responsibility for the ongoing development and implementation of comprehensive system of dental care for NARA NW. The Clinical Dentist will work to provide leadership in developing and implementing collaborative and integrated services with NARA NW and its culture. This person will work closely and collaboratively with the Medical Director and the Dental Director, accepting cultural guidance and support, to achieve the highest quality of services and best outcomes for clients and community.
What you will do:
- Ensures culturally appropriate dental services
- Must be able to provide care and maintenance for the patient's oral health
- Maintains necessary credentialing, licensure and CE requirements
- Assists, develops and maintains relationships with the Nine Tribes of Oregon and other tribes across the country, the State of Oregon and other healthcare entities
- Develops and maintains relationships with the Native community and ensures their involvement in program design and operation
- Represents NARA locally, statewide, and nationally as needed
- Participates in and leads agency events and planning efforts
- Develops and implements an integrated system of care for dental services throughout NARA
- Works collaboratively with all components of NARA to provide the best services possible
- Ensure programs are developed to meet client needs
- Ensures client utilization of services is appropriate
- Develop and monitor client outcomes
