This service line includes approximately 60 providers representing the full spectrum of neuromusculoskeletal care across inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory surgery centers and clinics. The team will collaborate extensively with the Bend-hospital based acute surgery and trauma team in the development, refinement and collaboration of a robust trauma program designed to meet the growing needs of the Central Oregon community. POSITION OVERVIEW: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physicians are responsible for providing medical and procedural care for patients. Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physicians will work in collaboration with other medical specialties to assess and manage patients following established standards and practices. This position will primarily work in clinic settings in Bend and Redmond and may include some outreach clinics. In addition, the physician may also perform procedures in Cascade SurgiCenter. Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physicians work collaboratively with APPs in the care of patients as well as collaboratively with the inpatient rehab unit of the hospital. It is up to the physician to determine the appropriate site of care for each patient based on the patients' medical presentation. Work schedule: Physician will have roughly 32 patient facing hours per week as a 1.0FTE which is prorated proportionate to their FTE. Work is predominately in a clinic setting with some procedures in an ambulatory surgery center. Call expectation: Physician could have some clinic call shared with other Physiatrists. Work location: Physician's primary clinic work location will be in Bend and may include some work in outreach clinics.   • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Create and execute account-specific sales strategies to grow unit rentals, expand Essentials penetration, and increase share of wallet. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue goals.
  • Account Planning & Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify growth opportunities within your assigned territory. Research target industries, identify customer challenges, and develop actionable plans to maximize revenue potential.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Use strong negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company.
  • CRM & Data Management: Leverage Salesforce CRM to track performance, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, volume, and value-added product penetration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of products and solutions. Communicate strategies and updates to ensure alignment across the organization.

  • High-volume, transactional sales cycle is preferred

  • Leasing experience helps but is not required

  • A consultative, solution-selling approach will set you up with a jumpstart

The annual total compensation for this position is typically between $100,000 to $170,000 including commission. There is no cap in variable incentive earning opportunities.
