Understands the importance of speed of service and resolving bottlenecks in workflow.  Ensure that the restaurant is adequately organised and staffed through proper task assignments and break rotation during both peak and non-peak periods. Qualifications / Skills High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6+ months of high volume quick service restaurant experience required. The ability to move, perform and respond quickly under pressure and for long periods of time is essential.  Ability to perform the functions of each crew position, including; customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, drive-thru and back-line food preparation. Possesses the leadership qualities necessary to coach crew on restaurant policies, standards, and customer service. Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices. ServSafe® certified or approved equivalent. Strong hospitality and customer service skills.   • Minimum 6+ months of high volume quick service restaurant experience required. The ability to move, perform and respond quickly under pressure and for long periods of time is essential. 
  • Ability to perform the functions of each crew position, including; customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, drive-thru and back-line food preparation.
  • Possesses the leadership qualities necessary to coach crew on restaurant policies, standards, and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
  • ServSafe® certified or approved equivalent.
  • Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges, stand for long periods of time, work around possible allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds.
