This position will be the lead personnel for their specific location and responsible for successful completion of all tasks as designated by the Program Manager. WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH The Global Purchase to Pay (P2P) organization provides P2P capabilities through a shared delivery model that supports Nike's growth, by delivering standard, optimized and scalable processes that leverage Nike's Managed Service Provider (MSP). In your role on this team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager Invoice to Pay and be responsible for the oversight of process execution performed by Nike's MSP, partnering to standardize and optimize our P2P processes and key stakeholder engagements that support ensuring we are delivering the optimal service to our customers. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR This role will act as a Global Lead for a defined process area within the P2P organization providing strong partner engagement, process insights and MSP performance management. We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist customers with questions and recommendations

  • Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register

  • Maintain security of cash and protect company assets

  • Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise

  • Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards

  • Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders

  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable

Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred

  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required

  • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
