To be successful in this role, you'll need: 8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or a related industry. Proven ability to work with complex, large-scale datasets-including querying, QA, summarizing, visualizing, and communicating insights. Strong SQL skills with a track record of writing efficient, scalable queries for analysis and reporting. Experience with more than one coding language and business insights tooling with Looker. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. In this highly visible executive level role, the individual will be responsible for the creation, adoption, and execution of Data Center Project Management's Americas business program and strategy for both Markets (variable clients) and Work Dynamics (large national enterprise clients). A significant part of this role will be to provide subject matter expertise to develop and lead a strong Americas Data Center Practice, leveraging the overall strengths of JLL's Global Project Development Services (PDS) group to solve for the complex challenges in delivering colocation and hyperscale data center facilities. Location: this position can be based in any major U.S. City with travel to clients as needed. Job Responsibilities Demonstrates highly visible commitment to creating a "one-firm firm" by utilizing cross-discipline teams to meet client needs. Ensures leadership is fully and accurately informed of all projects, internal and client issues affecting the perception of the local, national, and global reputation of the firm. Lead relationship manager for multiple strategic alliance clients. Provides account specific leadership and direction across client teams and geographies. In partnership with HR, directly and/or indirectly responsible for attracting, retaining, developing, succession planning and managing a team who are involved with a specific set of clients, functions, business unit or projects. Manages by influence multiple Data Center leads who have relationship management responsibility for one or more clients or consultants. Ensures training and development of JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices expected for a successful project implementation. Develops and/or oversees and approves marketing strategy (including pricing) for Data Center opportunities. Has indirect P&L responsibility over Data Center and meets/exceeds proforma targets annually. Assesses profitability and/or cost effectiveness of Data Center Practice. Provides strategic direction and Data Center quality initiatives. Cultivates and maintains a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers. Recommends, establishes, or refines best practices of standards of excellence. Responsible for meeting target margins on a Regional and National level as determined annually in agreement with PDS National Industries Lead. Oversees the management of vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, all regulating entities and client expectations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree - design, engineering or construction management preferred. 10-15 years as Vice President, SVP, or similar role 10+ years of experience managing a Data Center or related business, including proven capabilities in sales and operational leadership. Mastery of all aspects of Data Center construction project management Strong understanding of resourcing requirements for a variety of project management assignments from one off projects to global portfolios. Demonstrated ability to partner within a matrix organization, collaboratively partnering with project managers, procurement teams, occupancy planning, workplace strategy and external stakeholders to successfully deliver our client's objectives. Experience with program development, budgeting, planning & design, milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, and implementation. Highly organized with strong analytical skills. Stellar interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members. Extensive, proven positive experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members at various levels. Ability to lead individuals across a national platform to deliver superior results in client service. Extensive experience presenting in pitches, RFP's, etc. with proven winning track record. Face to face and/or remote daily interpersonal interaction with executive level talent and clients are required to perform the job. Travel as needed. The Analytics team is a data-driven team focused on unlocking insights that improve member outcomes and drive business performance. Our team sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. The Analytics team reports directly to the Vice President, Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI in Product Development.

In this role, you will lead complex data analyses to support clinical, operational, and financial decisions, and play a key role in developing data products that shape strategic direction. You will collaborate across departments, mentor junior analysts, and work directly with business stakeholders. What you'll do:

  • Design, build, and deliver sophisticated analyses on medical cost, utilization, membership, quality, pharmacy, and network performance.
  • Translate business questions into analytic plans and communicate results in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Looker and other BI tools.
  • Support internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Clinical, Network, Finance) by generating insights that inform strategy and operational improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and create scalable analytic assets.
  • Provide quality assurance and peer review of analytic deliverables.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytics standards, documentation, and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to work with complex, large-scale datasets-including querying, QA, summarizing, visualizing, and communicating insights.
  • Strong SQL skills with a track record of writing efficient, scalable queries for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with more than one coding language and business insights tooling with Looker.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with data engineering to develop and maintain data models that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence across clinical and insurance domains.
  • Champion data quality by conducting regular audits, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting governance practices that ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including clinical leaders, product managers, and strategy partners-to surface insights that guide program design and business decisions.
  • You are self-sufficient, intellectually curious and take ownership for everything you do.

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week#LI-hybrid

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
