The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $142,900.00 In this role, you will conduct market research and analysis at the industry, sector, solution and customer levels. Provide assessments and recommendations to support decision-making and strategy development. This role is for the Healthcare/Life Science market sector. Key Job Accountabilities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, including emerging technologies, customer preferences and changing dynamics in the competitive landscape. Develop and maintain financial models to analyze market conditions relative to Plexus' performance and that of its peers and support the development of sales projections and pricing strategies. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence and analysis to drive informed decision-making in support of Plexus' growth strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and product positioning strategies. Additional Accountabilities: Define, monitor and analyze key short, medium, long-term drivers for a market sector. Provide quarterly updates on short term and long-term market trends including how key customers are being affected by these trends and the potential impact to Plexus' strategy. Partner with the VP of Investor Relations to engage with external research firms and analysts as necessary to gain industry insight. Attend trade shows and industry events in support of Plexus' market sectors and solutions teams and to aid in the development of market intelligence and analysis. Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in business, finance, or quantitative-related field is preferred. An MBA or master's level work in a business or finance-related field is highly desired. Five (7) years of related experience is required; Nine (9) or more years of related experience is preferred An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Other Qualifications: Strong understanding of business concepts and financial analysis, cost models and contracts and negotiation. Strong quantitative analysis skills and ability to conduct business and financial research and analysis. Must be able to understand, summarize and explain complex technical, technological and business concepts. Ability to interact in a cross-functional team with both formal and informal lines of authority. Must be able to operate effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment. Strong problem solving skills with capacity to think at the strategic level. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all customer and company information. Ability to follow through on assignments with little to no supervision. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational skills. The faculty member will report to the Central Region Director of the LSU AgCenter. Position Description: This is a 12-month, tenure track position with a 75% extension and 25% research appointment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a producer-focused extension and research programming focusing on weed management issues affecting agronomic field crops important to the state and region such as corn, cotton, grain sorghum, oats, peanuts, soybean, and wheat. This position is expected to develop an extension program working with advisory committees, Agriculture and Natural Resource parish agents, and agricultural industry representatives across Louisiana to identify stakeholder needs, develop programs that respond to those needs, and to access program impact on stakeholders. The position will support stakeholder visits, demonstrations, workshops, and educational meetings. The position will contribute to and disseminate LSU AgCenter recommendations through web-based content, social media, agricultural trade magazines, and traditional extension methods (newsletters, blogs, oral delivery and formal extension publications). This position will work closely with other weed science faculty to annually update the Louisiana Suggested Chemical Weed Management Guide and publish weed management extension publications. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a research program primarily focused on agronomic field crops (corn, cotton, grain sorghum, oats, peanuts, soybean, and wheat) grown in the Louisiana Atchafalaya and Red River Valleys, but is highly encouraged to implement research throughout Louisiana as needed to help develop weed management programs for Louisiana agronomic crop producers. They must interact with commodity and agricultural industry partners to identify, develop, and implement critical research projects. Collaboration with research and extension faculty within Louisiana, as well as with national experts on issues of shared interest and importance will be encouraged. Formal participation in multi-disciplinary, regional, or national research initiatives will be expected. Results of research should be published in peer-reviewed journals and other scientific/technical publications. Our Customer Service/Data Entry receive, disinfect, organize, and complete an intake process cases that comes through our doors. This is essentially the vital first step that occurs before our technicians begin to craft the restorations for our clients. The position invoices routine information exchanges with operations personnel as well as NDX customers. One more thing, we offer paid on-the-job training! Still interested? Logs and processes returned mail and titles. Follows and completes 90 day check list when speaking with lessees. Processes tickets, tolls, violations, registrations, recall notices, plate release letters, extension letters, and excise taxes as necessary. Initiates inspection process with inspection company at end of term and follow up until the appointment is set or the vehicle purchase is complete. Scans inspection report and turn in receipts as completed. Applies knowledge of company products/services to efficiently process customer information, and responds to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner. Contacts customers via telephone or correspondence as frequently as necessary to meet company standards. Remains current on market conditions regarding products, product updates and new technologies through available resources. Utilizes the proper employees to assist with problem solving. Maintains updated, organized electronic files in appropriate application. Analyzes customer accounts and promptly make corrections and/or modifications to files. Contacts customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate customer database. Traces and expedites past due terminations to ensure lessee and financial institution satisfaction. Trains new Customer Service staff as requested. Performs other related duties as assigned. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$95,300.00 - $142,900.00

In this role, you will conduct market research and analysis at the industry, sector, solution and customer levels. Provide assessments and recommendations to support decision-making and strategy development. This role is for the Healthcare/Life Science market sector.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, including emerging technologies, customer preferences and changing dynamics in the competitive landscape.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze market conditions relative to Plexus' performance and that of its peers and support the development of sales projections and pricing strategies.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence and analysis to drive informed decision-making in support of Plexus' growth strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and product positioning strategies.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Define, monitor and analyze key short, medium, long-term drivers for a market sector.

  • Provide quarterly updates on short term and long-term market trends including how key customers are being affected by these trends and the potential impact to Plexus' strategy.

  • Partner with the VP of Investor Relations to engage with external research firms and analysts as necessary to gain industry insight.

  • Attend trade shows and industry events in support of Plexus' market sectors and solutions teams and to aid in the development of market intelligence and analysis.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in business, finance, or quantitative-related field is preferred. An MBA or master's level work in a business or finance-related field is highly desired.

  • Five (7) years of related experience is required; Nine (9) or more years of related experience is preferred

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of business concepts and financial analysis, cost models and contracts and negotiation.

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and ability to conduct business and financial research and analysis. Must be able to understand, summarize and explain complex technical, technological and business concepts.

  • Ability to interact in a cross-functional team with both formal and informal lines of authority. Must be able to operate effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment.

  • Strong problem solving skills with capacity to think at the strategic level.

  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all customer and company information.

  • Ability to follow through on assignments with little to no supervision. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with senior-level decision makers.

  • Experience in EMS or engineering design environments is desired.
