You'll deliver reports across multiple timeframes (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and geographical levels (building, state, country, regional). Your responsibilities include conducting monthly floorplan reviews with Facility Managers and site leaders, performing comprehensive data and drawing audits, and maintaining compliance with client data governance programs and SLAs. These reporting capabilities will directly support data-driven decision making for our clients. Facilitating the data story The job will demand high-level collaboration as you'll act as the primary point of contact for floorplan and space data requests. You'll liaise with Occupancy Planners to collect and process data updates, train client end-users on CAFM/IWMS systems, and collaborate with internal teams including CAD services, project management, MAC (Move, Add, Change), and facilities management. The applicable base salary range for this role is $119,500 to $209,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
