Job Description: Overview The Data Quality Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring and improving data quality across the organization. Reporting to the Data Governance Manager, this highly independent and proactive position will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement, establish and execute data quality assurance processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to tackle complex data challenges. This role involves meticulous data analysis, identification of inconsistencies, implementation of quality improvement initiatives, and adherence to rigorous healthcare data standards. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with expertise in healthcare data systems and a deep understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the Data Quality Taskforce, coordinating efforts to improve data quality standards and practices across the organization. Gather data quality metrics and analytics to assess the current state and identify areas for improvement and standardization. Set data quality priorities in collaboration with stakeholders and business units. Collaborate with Reporting & Advanced Analytics Department and technical data stewards to develop and maintain data quality dashboards for monitoring purposes. Create processes for teams to effectively monitor their respective data quality dashboards and proactively identify potential data quality issues for investigation and resolution. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and execute systematic data quality checks and validation procedures that promote accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of healthcare data. Perform root cause analysis on identified data discrepancies and work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues. Support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of data quality assurance frameworks, testing methodologies, and best practices in collaboration with IT and business data stewards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Proactively perform quality assurance on all data deliverables, researching and reconciling discrepancies across healthcare information systems and reports. Maintain high data quality standards to ensure that reports and analyses are accurate, timely, and reliable, enabling confident decision-making. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of data quality policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect industry standards and organizational needs, in partnership with IT teams and business units. Collaborate with IT teams, business stewards, and technical data stewards to improve the quality of data and information flows. Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA. Oversee the curation progress of the data catalog, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and usability. Compile a comprehensive list of documents and sources for catalog curation; develop a curation roadmap and prioritize catalog enhancement initiatives. Assist the Data Governance Manager with various data governance initiatives as required. Knowledge, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in data quality assurance, data governance, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in healthcare. Hands-on experience with healthcare data systems (e.g., Epic including Tapestry, Claims, Enrollment modules). Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and compliance requirements. In-depth knowledge of healthcare data sets, including clinical, claims, financial, and operational data. Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL. Experience with data governance/data catalog tools such as Alation. Strong understanding of data governance principles and how they relate to data quality Proficiency in techniques to analyze and clean data to report and improve its quality Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple projects, and problem-solve under tight deadlines. Role Overview As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling new business while managing and growing your client portfolio through the value of CoStar products. This is a consultative role that empowers you to build relationships, engage new clients, and oversee the entire sales process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Sell New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the value of our product to the commercial real estate industry and beyond. Account Management: Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth tailored solutions. #1 Commercial Real Estate Brand: Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the commercial real estate market. End-to-End Sales Process: Leverage your expertise through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, closing, onboarding, training, and renewing clients. Building Relationships: Conduct in-person meetings and deliver product demos to brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals. Basic Qualifications 3 + years of successful B2B outside sales experience required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College required. A track record of commitment to prior employers. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Experienced in client management and post-sale. Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications 5 + years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling data, research, and analytic platforms or tools, commercial real estate, financial services, business intelligence, marketing, information providers, or related experience preferred. (Client-facing experience in the commercial real estate industry is strongly preferred.) Strong consultative selling skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A keen interest in the commercial real estate market and a willingness to develop expertise in CoStar’s product suite. Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth. Overview

The Data Quality Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring and improving data quality across the organization. Reporting to the Data Governance Manager, this highly independent and proactive position will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement, establish and execute data quality assurance processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to tackle complex data challenges. This role involves meticulous data analysis, identification of inconsistencies, implementation of quality improvement initiatives, and adherence to rigorous healthcare data standards. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with expertise in healthcare data systems and a deep understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Data Quality Taskforce, coordinating efforts to improve data quality standards and practices across the organization.
  • Gather data quality metrics and analytics to assess the current state and identify areas for improvement and standardization.
  • Set data quality priorities in collaboration with stakeholders and business units.
  • Collaborate with Reporting & Advanced Analytics Department and technical data stewards to develop and maintain data quality dashboards for monitoring purposes.
  • Create processes for teams to effectively monitor their respective data quality dashboards and proactively identify potential data quality issues for investigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and execute systematic data quality checks and validation procedures that promote accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of healthcare data.
  • Perform root cause analysis on identified data discrepancies and work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of data quality assurance frameworks, testing methodologies, and best practices in collaboration with IT and business data stewards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Proactively perform quality assurance on all data deliverables, researching and reconciling discrepancies across healthcare information systems and reports.
  • Maintain high data quality standards to ensure that reports and analyses are accurate, timely, and reliable, enabling confident decision-making.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of data quality policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect industry standards and organizational needs, in partnership with IT teams and business units.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business stewards, and technical data stewards to improve the quality of data and information flows.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Oversee the curation progress of the data catalog, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and usability.
  • Compile a comprehensive list of documents and sources for catalog curation; develop a curation roadmap and prioritize catalog enhancement initiatives.
  • Assist the Data Governance Manager with various data governance initiatives as required.

Knowledge, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data quality assurance, data governance, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in healthcare.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data systems (e.g., Epic including Tapestry, Claims, Enrollment modules).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare data sets, including clinical, claims, financial, and operational data.
  • Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL.
  • Experience with data governance/data catalog tools such as Alation.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and how they relate to data quality
  • Proficiency in techniques to analyze and clean data to report and improve its quality
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple projects, and problem-solve under tight deadlines.
  • Clear written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Salary Range: $107,700.00 - $141,700.00
