Strong familiarity with the MarTech and AdTech landscape, particularly in how data flows between platforms to support customer engagement, targeting, and measurement. Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships, define joint GTM strategies, and influence revenue through data-driven partnerships. Comfortable navigating a dynamic, high-growth environment with evolving processes and high expectations for hands-on execution. Responsibilities will include customer infrastructure build-outs (cage builds, overhead installations, rack and stack), cable termination and testing, maintenance work, monitoring and responding to mechanical, electrical, fire protection, telecom, and security systems. These systems include, transformers, PLC’s, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, STS’, ATS’ PDU’s, chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH, wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler, network equipment, transmission media, cabling infrastructure, security hardware, and CCTV. Duties: Completion of CoreSite’s Data Center Operations Qualification Program to the tier level at which you are hired within the first nine (9) months of employment. Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems. Areas include: Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, Building Monitoring and Control. Overview: Highly skilled Technical Project Manager to be part of a Data Center Migration project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Release and Change Management, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications. This role requires working on weekends and weeknights to ensure seamless execution of migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage weekend data center migration activities, including creating and maintaining run books.

• Coordinate communication and collaboration among various teams to ensure smooth execution of migration tasks.

• Orchestrate the migration process, ensuring all activities are performed as planned.

• Support the execution of migration activities without directly performing technical tasks.

• Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain detailed documentation of migration activities and changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and related technologies.

• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

• Hands-on experience with Release Management and Change Management.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including Incident and Problem Management.

• Excellent execution management skills, with the ability to oversee and ensure process adherence.
