Key Responsibilities: Planning Data Analyst: Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain Planning team and IT to develop SQL Power BI-based solutions for monitoring, analyzing, providing insights and recommendations for decision making; implement best practice methodologies for system processes while promoting process governance; accountable for ongoing support and troubleshooting of reporting solutions. The target salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. Purpose of Role: Under the guidance of the Planning Systems Manager, the Supply Chain Data Analyst will play a key role in advancing Weir ESCO's digital transformation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data analytics and creating efficient, sustainable solutions. Additionally, they should aim for career progression towards becoming a Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect, where they would design, develop, deploy, and support solutions for Global Supply Chain Planning using the Kinaxis Maestro Platform and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning Data Analyst: Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain Planning team and IT to develop SQL Power BI-based solutions for monitoring, analyzing, providing insights and recommendations for decision making; implement best practice methodologies for system processes while promoting process governance; accountable for ongoing support and troubleshooting of reporting solutions.
  • Master Data Analyst: Periodically audit and correct Supply Chain master data to streamline with automation; develop and implement data governance policies and procedures; accountable for ensuring the integrity and consistency of Supply Chain Master data.
  • Planning System Development: Develop configuration and authoring skills to build resources in Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response; create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides for Kinaxis Maestro.
  • System Performance Management: Monitor and take corrective actions for Kinaxis Maestro’s memory usage by working with the Kinaxis Support team and users.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/technology from four-year college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience building SQL Power BI reports and using excel to analyze data
  • Experience with programming in an ERP and/or Supply  Chain Planning System is preferred
  • Basic understanding of supply chain, S&OP, manufacturing, purchasing and order management is required.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro is highly preferred
