Primary Function Contribute to the Mapping, Validation and Activations team in Loan Transfers. Ensure all loan transfer data mapping is completed according to existing processes and procedures. Maintain all SLAs within the transfer timeline while aiming for zero defects within the transfer. Act as the accountable party for all assigned data mapping from start to finish. Data Mapping is responsible for all data that is loaded into Servicing Director for transfers assigned to the analyst. Responsible for loan data, payment histories, and comments being added to all incoming loans. Work with the Supervisor to create, document and enforce department policies, procedures, and SLA's. Principal Duties Utilize Servicing Director Import Tool (SDI) to seamlessly map all data from prior servicers to SMS systems. Perform data analysis by SQL scripts to ensure a smooth transition of data from external sources to internal systems. Conduct data validation reviews by collaborating with business units who are the owners of the data. Activate loans per the schedule set by the Deal Managers to ensure legal and contractual compliance. Maintain stated performance level for all assigned transfer mapping and validation. Key contact for the Servicing Director Import Tool (SDI). Follow established processes within the group to ensure maximum efficiency of the process and other company resources. Maintain and update exceptions in SDI from SCSM tickets submitted to improve quality downstream. Develop update exceptions in SDI regarding transfer errors and work with the Portfolio Management and Deal Management groups to improve processes and eliminate upstream transfer errors. Contribute to the creation, manage, and deliver reporting to senior management of the timeliness and accuracy of the group. Assign SCSM tickets to Deal Managers and individual business units for data sign-off for all preliminary data mapping within stated SLA. Run automated review checks for all transfers at prelim and final for all assigned transfers. Responsible for each assigned transfer meeting the established mapping SLAs. Balance all transfers from loan set-up prior to activation using the designed process and form. Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management. Performs additional projects and duties as assigned by supervisor. Responsibilities include: Establish and govern an enterprise data governance implementation roadmap including strategic priorities for development of information-based capabilities. Roll out a data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture. Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company's principal information assets. Design a data engineering roadmap and execute the vision behind it. Oversee the movement of large amounts of data into our data lake. Technical Responsibilities: Manage a team of data engineers and architects to build modern tech solutions in Azure tech stack. Architect, design, and implement a robust and scalable data architecture on Microsoft Azure to support Oaktree's investment data management needs. Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, orchestrating data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes across various sources. Utilize Azure Databricks or similar Azure tech stack to build and manage data processing and analytics workloads, leveraging Apache Spark for large-scale data transformations. Design and implement data warehousing solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics, enabling efficient storage, analysis, and reporting on vast amounts of investment data. Optimize data storage strategies across Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Synopse, ensuring data security, integrity, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with data scientists to implement Azure Machine Learning and AI solutions, driving insights from investment data and enhancing decision-making processes. Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures, including data quality management, metadata management, and data lineage tracking within the Azure environment. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of our data center products.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during the installation and maintenance processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to identify customer training needs and develop customized training programs.
  • Ensure customers are fully trained and confident in using our products to enhance their efficiency and happiness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant training.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials.
  • Travel to customer locations as the need arises to deliver onsite training.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Validated experience providing technical training and technical writing, preferably in a customer-facing role.

  • Willingness to travel an average 10-50% to customer locations as needed. A valid driver's license is required.

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

This position is posted in multiple locations and as such, the expected job-based pay scale may vary based on the location per the table below:

Compensation Range:

Geographic Region A: $76,000.00 - $141,100.00

Geographic Region B: $83,500.00 - $155,200.00

Geographic Region C: $91,100.00 - $169,300.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
