We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining accurate records of various types of data. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems.
Verifying data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Organizing and maintaining documents and files in a systematic manner.
Assisting with data cleanup and quality assurance initiatives.
Generating reports and summaries as required.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and completeness.
Following established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
$25 - $45 an hour
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Proficiency in typing and data entry skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
