The Opportunity We are hiring a Product Data Scientist to join our growing Growth & Experience team. Our mission is to empower users to independently discover, purchase, adopt, and thrive with Kandji’s solutions by delivering frictionless onboarding, intuitive tools, and automated processes that minimize barriers to success. You will leverage your technical skills and analytical business mindset to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers, shape product development, and quantify new opportunities that accelerate growth at Kandji.. You will work closely with cross-functional partners—including Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and more—to identify and capture opportunities by delivering actionable recommendations that enhance user experience across all customer touchpoints. How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day: Work with large and complex datasets to analyze user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improved product experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to measure the impact of new product features and user journey enhancements, providing data-driven recommendations for further improvements. Design and implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate product changes and enhancements, and interpret results to inform product decisions. Conduct exploratory data analysis on customer feedback, user flows, and product usage to identify patterns and trends that can inform product direction. Provide analytical support to leadership and product managers, helping to set product KPIs, forecast performance, and determine areas for optimization. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights across Product and GTM teams. Partner with the revenue and finance teams to support GTM strategies through data analysis, customer acquisition cost (CAC) assessment, and revenue forecasting. Maintain and refine data models that facilitate deeper analysis of product experience and growth metrics, contributing to data accuracy and consistency. Present data findings and insights to cross-functional teams, highlighting critical areas of opportunity and progress toward company goals. Tell data-driven stories to convince and influence partners using clear insights and recommendations. Participate in customer journey mapping sessions to ensure data-backed recommendations are integrated into planning and execution phases. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a product-focused or SaaS environment. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages used for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Omni, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms. Experience conducting A/B testing, interpreting the results to inform product decisions, and ability to customize test metrics and statistical structure. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights that drive product improvements. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with product development processes and the role played by data in product management, design, and engineering. Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables). Nice to Haves, but NOT Required Experience in a SaaS environment focused on enhancing customer experience and streamlining processes like onboarding and billing automation. Knowledge of dbt for data modeling and experience with incremental models. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel for tracking product usage and user behavior. Experience supporting GTM strategies, particularly in roles that intersect product, analytics, and revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include developing changes to the data model to support continually evolving system and information requirements. The Opportunity

We are hiring a Product Data Scientist to join our growing Growth & Experience team. Our mission is to empower users to independently discover, purchase, adopt, and thrive with Kandji’s solutions by delivering frictionless onboarding, intuitive tools, and automated processes that minimize barriers to success.

You will leverage your technical skills and analytical business mindset to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers, shape product development, and quantify new opportunities that accelerate growth at Kandji.. You will work closely with cross-functional partners—including Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and more—to identify and capture opportunities by delivering actionable recommendations that enhance user experience across all customer touchpoints.

How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day:

  • Work with large and complex datasets to analyze user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improved product experiences.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to measure the impact of new product features and user journey enhancements, providing data-driven recommendations for further improvements.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate product changes and enhancements, and interpret results to inform product decisions.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis on customer feedback, user flows, and product usage to identify patterns and trends that can inform product direction.
  • Provide analytical support to leadership and product managers, helping to set product KPIs, forecast performance, and determine areas for optimization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights across Product and GTM teams.
  • Partner with the revenue and finance teams to support GTM strategies through data analysis, customer acquisition cost (CAC) assessment, and revenue forecasting.
  • Maintain and refine data models that facilitate deeper analysis of product experience and growth metrics, contributing to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Present data findings and insights to cross-functional teams, highlighting critical areas of opportunity and progress toward company goals. Tell data-driven stories to convince and influence partners using clear insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in customer journey mapping sessions to ensure data-backed recommendations are integrated into planning and execution phases.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a product-focused or SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages used for data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Omni, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing, interpreting the results to inform product decisions, and ability to customize test metrics and statistical structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights that drive product improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with product development processes and the role played by data in product management, design, and engineering.
  • Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).

Nice to Haves, but NOT Required

  • Experience in a SaaS environment focused on enhancing customer experience and streamlining processes like onboarding and billing automation.
  • Knowledge of dbt for data modeling and experience with incremental models.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel for tracking product usage and user behavior.
  • Experience supporting GTM strategies, particularly in roles that intersect product, analytics, and revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, with a passion for using data to improve user experience and drive growth.
