Hold a solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with construction and furniture terminology, required. Develop drawings using computer-assisted design/drafting (e.g., CAD) equipment and software Establishes and maintains an organized file system for drawings received, and evacuation maps created Convert existing construction drawings to computer-aided design/drafting software Input and update of all CAD plans and occupancy data Communicate with Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Move Managers for CAD needs Recommend process improvements and proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and space management processes Generate needed reports and analysis on Space Manage and report space allocation data, including business presence and archiving Proactively monitor space allocation data and changes Provide allocation data in accordance with client Space Allocation Processes Requirements: Minimum requirement of associates degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management or Data Analytics. Collaborating closely with Systems Administrators to troubleshoot server problems and document all changes, issues, and problems related to server maintenance. Performing server reboots, including physical servers, and utilize VMware vSphere client for virtual server reboots. Manually pinging, testing, and opening problem outages for the resolution of server-related issues. Escalating complex issues to Enterprise Level 2 Operations Engineers for further investigation. Applying knowledge of standard and non-standard operating rules, procedures, and diagnostic techniques to resolve standard operating problems. Escorting and monitoring un-cleared workers on-site to maintain security protocols. Observing data center conditions and responding to situational issues, including setting up emergency cooling fans when necessary. Moving data center equipment within the data center; assisting with device and cable installation and removal. Active Secret Clearance Basic Qualifications: A degree in IT or 1-3 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, data centers, or similar help desk experience. Experience with the use of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools or ticketing systems, including ServiceNow. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite such as Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel. Ability to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Strong attention to detail. Professional interaction with other employees, customers, and suppliers. Job Description Summary

The Senior Spatial Data Coordinator (SDC) will ensure that CAD floor plans and occupant data accurately represent the client’s portfolio in the Space Management tool, respond to client requests, and proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and space management processes.

Job Description

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CAD and other design/space technology software to provide support as it relates to space, occupancy and utilization data to Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Move Managers.
  • Ensure all current drawings and systems are maintained, relevant space reports are generated on a regular basis.
  • Serve as the central point of contact (go to person) regarding the space technology solution within a client environment.
  • Hold a solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with construction and furniture terminology, required.
  • Develop drawings using computer-assisted design/drafting (e.g., CAD) equipment and software
  •  Establishes and maintains an organized file system for drawings received, and evacuation maps created
  • Convert existing construction drawings to computer-aided design/drafting software
  • Input and update of all CAD plans and occupancy data
  • Communicate with Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Move Managers for CAD needs
  • Recommend process improvements and proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and space management processes
  • Generate needed reports and analysis on Space
  • Manage and report space allocation data, including business presence and archiving
  • Proactively monitor space allocation data and changes
  • Provide allocation data in accordance with client Space Allocation Processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of associates degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management or Data Analytics.
  • Three – six years experience in a corporate real estate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite software applications
  • Demonstrated experience working in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
  • Experience documenting processes in support of data governance
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services
  • Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Assumes ownership of requests to ensure successful completion
  • Process-oriented professional with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision)
