As a Manager, People Data & Analytics, you are enabling people data for managers and employees across different Business Units globally. From within the People Data, Process, and System expert center, you will work on people data, reporting, and HR systems to enable and continuously improve Global people service delivery.

You will work closely with the People Service team in the regions, People Partners, Business Leaders, and People Center of Expertise (COE) Experts. The role requires tactical thinking as well as hands-on execution in a dynamic and demanding business environment.

 

Key areas of focus:

HR Data Expert

  • Produce reports and educate users to pull reports as per required (via source system, i.e. Success Factors)
  • Support data for HR dashboards
  • Build dashboards on people data for business
  • User enablement, documentation, work instructions, training, etc.
  • Data engineering within Data Lake
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as per requested
  • Report people data points for internal / external audits and reporting

 

HR Project Manager

  • Run HR projects from People Services perspective
