About the Position Our Research Analyst Contractor will create connections with U.S. federal legislative offices to gain weekly updates on staffing changes and contact information. The team is tasked to dig deep into interesting, oftentimes noisy data to find information about government officials so that our clients can know more about the people in power and can reach out to them to change policy. Our platforms utilize the data we collect to allow U.S. citizens and Global companies to reach out to their representatives, as well as help our clients know who is who, not only in the U.S. but in governments around the globe. About You You enjoy the process of collaborating with team members to overcome challenges. You see projects through to the end and ensure that the best decisions for the team, not necessarily your ideas, are what take precedence. Along the way, you’re capable of communicating what you’re thinking through multiple avenues of communication, taking in others’ ideas as well as expressing your own. You’re guided equally by your own intuition and delivering the best results to the customer. You’re comfortable around ambiguity with a high degree of autonomy but are also not afraid to seek guidance when needed. You are deadline-driven, adaptable, and analytical. Please note this position is a contracted role for about 6 months from May/June - December 2025. Position Summary: This role is responsible for the company’s Global data governance strategy and execution. The role is responsible for global oversight for the development and implementation of MDM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: · Job leads a team, has no authority to hire and performance-manage the team. · Job leads/supervises/manages 1-5 employees. · Collaborating across the various business units and functions to design and implement data governance structures, ensuring clear accountability for data stewardship. · Establish and lead an enterprise-wide Data Governance Organization comprised of functional leaders, data owners, and data stewards from across the business to support the delivery of enterprise data assets to ensure timeliness, quality, and fitness for business purposes · Direct the team that will perform data mappings, data modeling, data profiling, query design, data flow design, data strategy and data governance between multiple databases across multiple platforms · Assessing current systems/customer needs and identifying ideas for process improvements related to creation and maintenance of master data · Lead all master data functions for the Global ERP program driving the consultants, functional resources, and team members to successful conversion and standards · Establish data quality metrics and monitoring data quality to ensure compliance with MDM standards. · Leads data integration from various sources to create a single source of truth for the key data records (customer, material, vendor, etc) · This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws. · Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Skills: · 10+ years of experience in related field is preferred. · Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products. · Self-Driven & Accountable – Ability to navigate complexity, take ownership, and solve challenges independently without escalating issues unnecessarily. · Strong Operational & ERP Implementation Experience – 10+ years in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing within an international business. Prior SAP ERP implementation experience is a strong plus. · Project Management Expertise – Proven ability to develop, execute, and track project timelines, ensuring smooth execution. · Process Leadership – Deep understanding of business process mapping, master data governance, and operational standardization. · Cross-Functional Collaboration – Skilled at working across IT, finance, planning, quality, engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth integration. · Change Management & Team Leadership – Proven ability to lead through uncertainty, motivate teams, and drive MDM Strategy adoption. · Resilience & Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to troubleshoot issues, find practical solutions, and ensure project continuity. · Fluent in English (additional European languages such as German, Polish, Hungarian or Spanish are a plus). Preferred Education · BA/BS or equivalent is preferred. · Master’s degree is a plus. About the Position
Our Research Analyst Contractor will create connections with U.S. federal legislative offices to gain weekly updates on staffing changes and contact information. They will also maintain a database of that information to ensure clients are receiving accurate and up-to-date information across a suite of products. The research analyst position requires attention to detail, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet firm deadlines.

About the Team
Our research team is located in the U.S. and India. The team is tasked to dig deep into interesting, oftentimes noisy data to find information about government officials so that our clients can know more about the people in power and can reach out to them to change policy. Our platforms utilize the data we collect to allow U.S. citizens and Global companies to reach out to their representatives, as well as help our clients know who is who, not only in the U.S. but in governments around the globe.

About You 
You enjoy the process of collaborating with team members to overcome challenges. You see projects through to the end and ensure that the best decisions for the team, not necessarily your ideas, are what take precedence. Along the way, you’re capable of communicating what you’re thinking through multiple avenues of communication, taking in others’ ideas as well as expressing your own. Please note this position is a contracted role for about 6 months from May/June - December 2025. The compensation for this position would be $20 an hour and would be for about 17 hours per week on weekdays.

  • Weekly in-person visits to Congressional offices to obtain updated staffer information
  • Accurately and quickly collect, process, and upload legislator information, biographies, or other data as assigned by a manager 
  • Document your work progress in project management documents
  • Proactively check team documentation for answers to your questions
  • Reach out to team members and ask for help if your work queue is too full
  • Ask questions of senior team members or managers in a timely manner
  • Contribute ideas about priorities, workflow, and what data may need additional work
  • Work closely with U.S. and India-based colleagues on our team

  • Experience with large amounts of data entry
