Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance for a diverse client base, including multi-state payroll, tax filings, and employee lifecycle events (onboarding, terminations, etc.). You will drive efficiencies through creative problem-solving and analysis as you work with large volumes of complex data to draw conclusions that identify process improvements and automations, improving accurate and timely tax payments and filings. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, amendments, and reporting including employee W-2s and W-2c's Reconcile all tax and wage amounts for multiple legal entities monthly, quarterly, and annually between the payroll system and third-party tax service including reconciliation of W-2s to payroll tax reports and the quarterly 941 returns to W-2 totals. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance for a diverse client base, including multi-state payroll, tax filings, and employee lifecycle events (onboarding, terminations, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a payroll-related discipline, business, or equivalent experience required.

  • Minimum 4 years' of experience managing all facets of payroll operations.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
