Job Responsibilities:

Just Teaching. No Lesson Plans. No Preparation

Develop rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment.

Display a positive attitude, and demonstrate enthusiasm for math.

Supervise, interact with, and motivate students.

Reward students for completed work, and especially for demonstrated mastery.

Evaluate and document student progress.

Communicate student needs to the Center Director.

You will be trained to teach using the Mathnasium Method. All of the tools you need will be provided.

Qualifications:

Passion for math and working with students

Excellent interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and be trained

Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I

Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
