What you'll be doing is functioning as a Product Owner in a complex technical environment.

  • Collaborate and communicate with various product teams, BA’s, testers, etc. to understand product features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large epic stories into features and user stories that can be understood and approved by members of the development team
  • Lead/facilitate product backlog refinement
  • Provide support to the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing and organization, user acceptance testing, etc.
  • Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with technical and non-technical team members

Requirements

What we’re looking for is someone who is willing to learn and open to new ideas. This position focuses on designing and developing solutions for our new and existing projects. This position requires a candidate with an enthusiastic and energetic personality who will be organized, inspirational and collaborative

  • 1+ year of recent experience in a Product Owner role plus 3+ years of previous hands-on technical experience in a cloud environment
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Able to read architecture diagrams and break down infrastructure work into user stories
  • 3+ years working in an agile environment, strong agile mindset
  • Self-starter with focus on PEOPLE and BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
  • Be committed to product, able to offer alternative solutions when appropriate
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools

Preferred but not required:

  • Prior experience as an infrastructure architect or similar technical role
  • Familiar with containers, kubernetes, GenAI, and/or artificial intelligence
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Technical certification in a cloud technology: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • CSPO, CSM, or related Scrum certifications
  • SAFe knowledge

LOCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work east coast hours from your home office in the US
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (we are unable to work with corp-corp, subcontracts or visa sponsorship)
