The Hutch is hiring a Barista / Restaurant F&B Supervisor ~

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Barista / Food and Beverage Supervisor to add to our exceptional team of passionate and committed Baristas / Food and Beverage champions!

The ideal candidate must have experience as a Lead Barista / Food and Beverage supervisor within a full-service resort, who possesses knowledge of food & beverage, leadership, guidance, training, service, costs and sequence of service. We are seeking a leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to grow with our team.

Supervise the operational efforts and strategies of The Hutch / F&B outlets.

Supervises culinary, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility and sanitation associates.

Trains F&B associates in job performance, service, cleaning and sanitation and all other applicable areas.

Assist in the following: Writing schedules, checking time punches, training and evaluations.

Takes immediate action on problems that are encountered in the outlets.

Participates in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, monthly F&B inventory.

Ensures all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe and is expedited to all outlets in a smooth and efficient manner.

Passionate to help in all areas of food service and as needed in other areas of the hotel operation.
