Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management or similar field preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in horizontal directional drilling with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. In-depth understanding of HDD equipment, drilling techniques, soil conditions, and underground utility installation. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred); OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training is a plus. HDD-specific certifications (e.g., DCCA or similar) are highly desirable.
