These documents would be circulated with the RACI (responsible, accountable, consulted and informed personnel) team and plant general manager for documented approval. Once the business case and scope document are approved, collaborate with the PM in developing a request for proposal (RFP) from relevant contractors. Based on proposals, prepare and submit a Mosaic internal Preliminary Commitment Request (PCR). For each project, a PCR will be used to advance the development of scope, cost estimate, project schedule, engineering design and purchase of long lead items. Coordinate the development of the detailed engineering plans for the project. The Sales Yard Team Member is responsible for performing general custodial duties for the sales team, maintaining an organized and professional showroom, and assisting with on/off site event set ups.

KEY TASKS:

  • Daily sweeping and mopping of floors
