Review blueprints/drawings to determine device locations and placement. Ensure materials and equipment match scope of work and job sold. Install equipment according to national electrical, fire alarm and life safety codes and installation standards Meet with building engineers, property management and/or site contacts upon arrival to facility to notify of work status and again upon conclusion of workday. Verify integrity of all work prior to tying-in to building's fire alarm system. This may include functionality testing of installed devices, metering circuits and devices for shorts, grounds and faults. Repair as needed to ensure a fully compliant system operation. Conduct sound tests to ensure decibel level of installed notification appliances meet or exceed NFPA requirements. Provide documentation according to NFPA standards upon completion of work with additional sign-off upon successful testing & certification. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Turn-in "as-built" drawings and required copies of NFPA forms to Installation Coordinator upon completion of job. If assigned a company vehicle, maintain an accurate inventory of truck stock, ensure vehicle is regularly serviced and immediately report any problems with vehicle Provide a weekly/daily job status for review with manager Maintain assigned tools and equipment and report any defects or problems immediately upon discovery. Perform other duties assigned by management. Education/Qualification: Must have strong electrical and technical aptitude and the ability to apply learned skills. A minimum of 3 years of Fire Alarm industry experience is required. NICET certification in Fire Alarm Technology shall be pursued and acquired within first year of employment; and certification maintained while employed Shall be able demonstrate proficiency in use of test equipment to include digital multi- meters, battery analyzers, sound level meters and communication equipment. Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and be customer service oriented. Should have experience in managing teams or groups of individuals on projects. THE WORK This position is for a level 3 Test Engineer within Production Operations for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Pilot Training Device (PTD) product line of flight simulators, including the Full Mission Simulator (FMS), the Modified Mission Rehearsal Trainer (MMRT), the Deployable Mission Rehearsal Trainer (DMRT), and the Training Infrastructure System (TIS). We integrate deliverable hardware and deliverable software during production testing in our Orlando facility and then deliver the advanced Pilot Training Devices to our customers at their US and international locations. We take pride in our work because we know that pilots gain proficiency in our flight simulators that directly translates to effectiveness when they operate the F-35 aircraft in real-world tactical situations. Specific responsibilities include: Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Creates manufacturing test procedures of repeatable processes to test hardware based upon hardware drawings and to efficiently configure hardware and network settings based upon system integration documents, for execution by test technicians. Within 6 months of start date, expected to travel to US and International customer sites to install and test F-35 Pilot Training Devices (flight simulators). Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices at Orlando and at customer sites. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Expected to eventually serve as the program's project manager to lead cross-functional teams during customer on-site installs. WHO WE ARE Our functional group, the Production Operations Test Engineers, is composed of 35 professionals with a common purpose to provide the pilots of the United States and our Allies with high quality pilot training devices. We are the connection between each program's development engineers who integrate new capabilities into subsystems and the remainder of our Production Operations organization who create high quality products in repeatable processes. We have a unique role that gains expertise in both deployable hardware and deployable software. Lo que harás:

  • Ser la cara de nuestra comunidad- Dar la bienvenida y mostrar a los posibles residentes nuestras instalaciones, destacando características y comodidades.
  • Cerrar el trato- Convertir a los interesados en residentes felices asegurando contratos de arrendamiento y procesando solicitudes.
  • Interactuar con los residentes- Crear programas para mantener a los residentes satisfechos y fomentar un sentido de comunidad.
  • Apoyar las operaciones de la comunidad- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente, responder a solicitudes y quejas, y mantener la oficina y áreas comunes en condiciones profesionales.
  • Mantener el cumplimiento- Seguir las leyes de Vivienda Justa, estatales y federales, manteniendo altos estándares de profesionalismo.
  • Contribuir a un entorno seguro y acogedor- Seguir los protocolos de seguridad y reportar cualquier riesgo a la gerencia.

Requisitos:

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente (requerido)
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente, hospitalidad o ventas es una ventaja
  • Capacidad para trabajar tanto en oficina como ocasionalmente al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas
  • Horario de trabajo flexible, disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana

What we offer

  • 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
