The Marketing Coordinator supports this mission by assisting in the day-to-day execution of internal and external marketing projects that enhance public awareness of our work and impact. This role plays a vital part in driving brand visibility through digital and print storytelling, coordinating assets, and supporting the execution of creative and strategic campaigns. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Bring the Feeding Tampa Bay brand to life through professional, creative, and engaging assets. Execute marketing deliverables across print, digital, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and organizational priorities. Maintain brand consistency across all materials by providing design guidance to internal teams and community partners as, providing design guidance to internal teams and community partners when needed. Assist with messaging and visual elements for campaigns, programs, and events, ensuring alignment with goals. Oversee Canva template approvals and ensure brand standards in usage across the organization. Track usage of marketing templates and suggest improvements based on team feedback. Maintain and organize the internal marketing portal, ensuring all tools, templates, and resources are current and accessible. Conduct annual audits of marketing assets, including Canva, Google templates, and program toolkits. Notify internal teams of newly available assets or updates to marketing resources. Manage in-house inventory of promotional items, branded merchandise, and marketing materials; track distribution and usage, recommend reorders, and source new products. Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts and develop or refine materials. Utilize Asana as a project management tool to track deadlines, deliverables, and cross-departmental requests. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, supporting emergency response campaigns and urgent community needs as required. Part-Time Oil Change Team Member

No experience required!

We will train you how to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. All you need to do is be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop!

Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions!

Some of our most successful lube technicians are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers!

  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
  • Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
