Desired Qualifications Previous real estate photography experience preferred. Comfortable working and troubleshooting independently. Tech savvy, and proficient with computers. Comfortable working at a fast pace while on your feet most of the day. Presentable and personable, understanding that customers deserve excellent service. Has a positive attitude, good sense of humor, and intellectual curiosity. Strong communication skills, organized, and detail oriented. Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Paducah and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks. Requirements: You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed ) You must have access to the MLS You must have experience showing homes in the Paducah area. You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown. You can apply for this job if you meet the above requirements.
