The firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate & Business Transactions Partner with experience advising businesses, investors, developers, and entrepreneurs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Commercial Real Estate TransactionsAcquisitions & DispositionsCommercial LeasingReal Estate DevelopmentReal Estate FinanceCommercial LendingBusiness FormationCorporate GovernanceMergers & AcquisitionsAsset and Stock SalesContract NegotiationOutside General Counsel Services

The ideal candidate enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to clients and building long-term relationships with businesses and organizations.

QualificationsJD from an accredited law schoolAdmission to Connecticut Bar preferredSignificant experience in commercial real estate and/or business transactionsEstablished portable book of business preferredDemonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationshipsStrong business development skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with interest in contributing to firm growth
