Role Summary: The Commercial Broker role at Transworld Comnercial Real Estate, A Prospere Companies division, acts as the intermediary during the sale, purchase, or lease of commercial space, managing the entire deal process and all parties involved. Review surveys and request and finalize revisions to surveys with surveyors. Order and review zoning reports. Request and coordinate revisions / correction with zoning consultant. Leasing First drafts of leases incorporating LOI terms, and first drafts of extension amendments and miscellaneous leasing documents including consents to assignment/sublease/change in control and broker listing and commission agreements. Organizational Documents Review organizational documents. Order and review certified organizational documents and good standing certificates. Prepare and/or review consents and resolutions. Obtain EIN for newly formed entities. Assemble and circulate organizational documents. File organizational documents with secretaries of state, including qualifications to do business. Coordinate with search companies regarding independent directors, agents for service of process, etc. File and register entities in various states and prepare organizational documents. Loans and Purchase and Sale Transactions Prepare closing checklists. Review documents for blanks/missing information, missing exhibits, etc. First drafts of agreements incorporating LOI terms, and first drafts of amendments and miscellaneous real estate documents. Role Summary:

The Commercial Broker role at Transworld Comnercial Real Estate, A Prospere Companies division, acts as the intermediary during the sale, purchase, or lease of commercial space, managing the entire deal process and all parties involved. As our firm grows in size and depth, we need additional business-savvy professionals to continue our mission of supporting small business owners with their commercial property needs in DFW, TX. We are currently looking for new commercial brokers across the DFW area.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Transaction Management: Facilitate commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions, by negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and coordinating due diligence.
  • Business Development & Networking: Actively network within the industry, attend relevant events, and leverage professional connections to expand business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide clients with data-driven insights on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
  • Financial & Investment Analysis: Evaluate commercial properties, assess cash flow, and provide clients with financial projections and investment strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all deals.

Experience Required
