Are you a real estate agent—licensed or soon-to-be—ready to take your business to the next level? Whether you're just getting started or looking for a better platform to scale your success, Boardwalk Properties has the leads, listings, and tools to make it happen.
Sound familiar?

At Boardwalk Properties, we're not just another brokerage. We're powered by BostonPads.com, the most trafficked local real estate site in New England. That means more qualified leads than we can handle—and you get access to them seven days per week.

We also own the largest landlord and property database in the region. Translation? You get real opportunities to build your own portfolio of clients, listings, and sales—not just ride coattails.

  • Building lasting relationships with property owners and landlords
  • Working hot inbound leads and converting them into closed deals
  • Showcasing listings with tech-forward marketing tools
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (especially during the spring boom!)
✅ What You Need:
  • MA Real Estate License (or working toward it)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable with tech—real estate platforms, CRMs, social media
  • Self-starter mindset with the drive to hustle
  • Ability to work independently AND with a team
  • Passion for real estate and a hunger to grow
