Supervising staff in Oklahoma and Texas that provide the daily monitoring of the Loan Portfolios. Preparing annual reviews of the staff. Conducting training of the staff. Providing supporting checklists and ensures compliance with Processes and Procedures implemented by the Department Bank wide. Monitoring, reviewing and ordering field audits and other inspection reports as requested from Senior Credit Risk Officers, Commercial Lending, and Collateral Officer. Providinges leadership support and is actively involved in the development and implementation of Special Projects as delegated by the SVP of Credit Administration, Chief Credit Officer and Executive Management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions
  • Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to accurately determine property values and pricing strategies
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation
  • Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors

Requirements

  • Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Minimum age of 18+
