Job Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and document resident progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as needed
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure coordinated resident care
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of West Virginia
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Dependability, professionalism, and commitment to quality care
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
